Senior Communications Executive

Location: Chessington, hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days on site)

Role Overview: As a Senior Communications Executive for a large FMCG company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the communication strategies. You will work closely with various departments to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to support organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Create and manage content for internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, social media, and website updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align communication strategies with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Manage media relations, including responding to inquiries and coordinating interviews.
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Support crisis communication efforts and ensure timely and accurate information dissemination.
  • Coordinate and attend events, both virtual and in-person, to promote the organization and its services.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
