Salary: £32,000 upwards
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Chessington. If you excel in logistics and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Goods In/Out
- Manage receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate paperwork.
- Pick and pack customer orders.
- Handle damaged orders, part orders, and returns.

Warehouse
- Maintain a clean, organised environment.
- Ensure efficient stock rotation and manage waste.
- Update warehouse locations and comply with H&S regulations.
- Propose and implement new working methods.

Deliveries/Couriers
- Manage daily couriers and meet SLAs.
- Liaise with couriers and Customer Experience Desk.

Stock
- Conduct regular stock checks.
- Arrange deliveries and manage stock with relevant personnel.

Other Responsibilities
- Support the Workshop & Installations Manager.
- Occasionally assist with deliveries if a driver.

Qualifications:
- Experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse/logistics environment.
- Understanding of warehousing and distribution processes.
- Proficiency with forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting.
- Current Driving License (ideally).
- Computer literate, proficient with Outlook and Office 365.
