Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Chessington. If you excel in logistics and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Goods In/Out

    • Manage receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate paperwork.
    • Pick and pack customer orders.
    • Handle damaged orders, part orders, and returns.
  2. Warehouse

    • Maintain a clean, organised environment.
    • Ensure efficient stock rotation and manage waste.
    • Update warehouse locations and comply with H&S regulations.
    • Propose and implement new working methods.
  3. Deliveries/Couriers

    • Manage daily couriers and meet SLAs.
    • Liaise with couriers and Customer Experience Desk.
  4. Stock

    • Conduct regular stock checks.
    • Arrange deliveries and manage stock with relevant personnel.
  5. Other Responsibilities

    • Support the Workshop & Installations Manager.
    • Occasionally assist with deliveries if a driver.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse/logistics environment.
  • Understanding of warehousing and distribution processes.
  • Proficiency with forklifts and warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting.
  • Current Driving License (ideally).
  • Computer literate, proficient with Outlook and Office 365.
