Main Responsibilities:
- Provide Support with internal and external communication
- Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms
- Help design graphics, write captions, and schedule posts
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels.
- Track and report on social media engagement metrics
- Correspondence: Type and compose various correspondence/review documents
Requirements:
- Language Skills: fluency in English - knowledge of Italian/French or Spanish is a plus
- Experience: some experience in a similar role is a plus
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows
- Organisational Skills: detail oriented and great organisation skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work in a team environment and use initiative.
