We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our dynamic teams in the Branded Medicine and Surgical sectors. This role involves managing stock replenishments and handling supplier queries, ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. You will be part of a dedicated team, working with different products ranging from prescription medicines to wound care and catheter supplies.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Place orders with suppliers to ensure stock availability across all warehouses, focusing on replenishments.
  • Utilise the replenishment system to guide daily order setups, ensuring no anomalies or issues.
  • Handle supplier queries stemming from customer service interactions.
  • Spend the remaining time reviewing daily reports, monitoring out-of-stock items, tracking daily deliveries, and following up with suppliers to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Quickly adapt to using SAP and transition from the current main bespoke system to a new one, replacing Leonardo.
  • Work with Marge, the replenishment system, to manage stock levels effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a keenness to learn and adapt to new supply chain processes.
  • Computer literacy and experience with customer service interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with pivot tables and VLOOKUP being highly desirable for data analysis and trend identification.
  • Previous experience in computer systems and advanced Excel skills are advantageous.
