Technical Supervisor
Location: Chessington
Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 PA
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00
We are seeking a Technical Supervisor to work for one of the largest FM companies in the UK based at a healthcare facility in Chessington, with occasional travel to a site in Northampton (once a month) and occasional cover at a nearby Woking site. This role offers the perfect balance of hands-on technical work (40%) and supervisory duties (60%), providing leadership and overseeing maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities for a Technical Supervisor:
- Oversee day-to-day operations at the Chessington site, ensuring smooth running of the facility.
- Supervise one mobile engineer who visits weekly to carry out maintenance tasks.
- Carry out 40% of work "on the tools," including servicing of remaining UPS systems and comms room equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards across the site, which previously housed a decommissioned data centre.
- Travel to the Northampton site once a month and provide occasional cover at Woking.
Requirements for a Technical Supervisor:
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- C&G/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Electrical Installation
- Strong technical background, ideally with experience in electrical/mechanical systems
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel as required.
