Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Chessington. This key role will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the building maintenance and property services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Research and identify potential clients within target markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, including property managers, facilities managers, and building owners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of Aspect Maintenance services.
  • Negotiate and close contracts: Successfully negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage the sales pipeline: Track and monitor all sales activities, ensuring efficient and effective lead management.
  • Market research and competitor analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
