Our client, a reputable Surveying practice, is seeking RICS-qualified Surveyors to join their expanding team.
The position offers a salary range of £45,000 to £55,000, with potential earnings of £58,000 to £68,000 OTE and additional bonuses.
Candidates must possess AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualifications, along with experience in Surveying and a full UK driving license.
The role includes conducting various types of surveys, such as Level 1 Surveys and Homebuyers Surveys, with training available for Building Surveys.

Working hours:

As a Surveyor, you’ll be required to work Full Time

Our client is offering the successful Surveyor:

£45,000 - £55,000
£58,000 - £68,000 OTE

To be considered for the role you must have the following:

AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications
RICS Registered Valuer
Experience in Surveying
Full UK Licence and Car

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

Carrying out Level 1 Surveys
Homebuyers Surveys
Building Surveys (Training provided)
Additional Services to Public and Private Clients
