Our client, a highly successful Surveying practice, is looking to expand its team with a RICS-qualified Surveyor in South London. Â Our clients are a growing and successful independent practice with client care and a booking team to support your work. Working hours:
As a Surveyor, you’ll be required to work Full Time           Â
Our client is offering the successful Surveyor:
- £35,000 - £55,000
- £50,000 - £68,000 OTEÂ

To be considered for the role you must have the following:
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications
- RICS Registered Valuer
- Experience in Surveying or newly qualified SAVA surveyor
- Full UK Licence and Car
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
- Carrying out Level 1 Surveys
- Homebuyers Surveys
- Building Surveys
- Additional Services to Public and Private Clients
