Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a fantastic client based in Chessington who are seeking an Engineering Administrator to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful growing company! You will be responsible for maintenance and call outs, coordinating installations, monitoring parts and also providing great customer service. This role is broad but has so much scope to refine into specialism and truly make this role your own. There will be plenty of opportunities to get involved in other aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of scheduled and emergency service jobs, from receiving and allocating to recording, monitoring, and closing tasks using the Management Programme, all while adhering to company processes and Service Level Agreements.
  • Assist in coordinating the customer installation process, utilizing company tools such as the Management Programme and Project Management Tools to keep the team updated on progress and ensure smooth operations.
  • Schedule appointments with engineers and customers whilst coordinating geographically.
  • Track and report on parts and stock usage to support efficient inventory management and purchasing processes.
  • Identify, agree upon, and implement work procedures. Ensure that these procedures are regularly audited, briefed, and reported to meet company standards.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience with scheduling
  • Must live locally to Chessington
  • Great IT Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
