Job Role: Property Maintenance
Location: Flexible
Salary: £25,000 to £26,000 pro rata (3 days per week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday)

This role is pivotal to the success of the business and requires a multi skilled, pro-active individual who has the ability to identify maintenance work that is required in the properties that we have, alongside the skills to carry out the majority of that work.

DUTIES
- Carrying out maintenance work in our rental properties, including plumbing and joinery
- Maintaining gardens, including grass cutting
- Basic painting and decorating and touching up paintwork when necessary
- Annual PAT testing
- Liaising with other organisations for specialist services such as electrical/gas heating, and making sure this work is carried out as and when required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Maintenance experience (at least one year)
- Full Driving License

- Good communication skills
- Proactive and able to work unsupervised
- Time management skills
- Must be reliable, punctual and honest
- An enhanced DBS will be undertaken on appointment
