Our valued client is a reputable organisation located in Birtley, seeking dedicated and professional Class 2 Drivers to join their dynamic team. We are looking for skilled Class 2 Drivers with a preference for candidates who possess RCV experience. However, comprehensive training is available to ensure you are fully equipped to excel in this role.
- Safely operate Class 2 vehicles in accordance with company policies and procedures- Ensure timely and efficient delivery and collection services- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections- Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle service records- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
Working Hours:- Monday to Friday, approximately 8-10 hours per day- Early morning starts, typically between 4 am and 5 am- Optional Saturday work is available for those interested in additional hours
Candidate Requirements:- Valid Class 2 Driving License- Prior experience in a similar role is essential- Strong understanding of road safety regulations- Excellent time management and organisational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team ---
Salary: - £13.56 per hour and then £20.34 per hour for any hours worked beyond 40 hours
