The role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experiences Sales Manager to join the No 1 Mortgage Broker Group in the NE. Working closely with Senior management your role will be to develop the groups revenue and enhance the relationships of existing business partners.
You must be Cemap qualified for this role with an active driving license.
The activities of the role will vary including;
- Managing existing staff members including Admin support & mortgage advisors
- Maintaining Relationships with our Estate Agent partners
- Encouragement of improved process within EA business
- Sourcing and onboarding of new agents
- Sourcing new lead sources
- Enhancing communication & engagement of all partnerships
- Recruitment of new mortgage advisors Nationally
- Heading up of new commercial business within group
- Growth of our internal solicitor portal with our partners
- Implementing latest technology within business
- Promotion & implementation of technology within EA Partners business
The Package
- Salary £40,000 to £50,000 + Bonus
- 24 days annual leave per year
