Role Summary:

As our Electrical Technician, youll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing proactive electrical maintenance plans to keep our machinery running smoothly and prevent costly breakdowns.
  • Troubleshooting electrical malfunctions and performing repairs to keep our equipment in top-notch condition.
  • Running diagnostic tests and using root cause analysis to eliminate faults.
  • Maintaining accurate service and repair records to ensure continuity.
  • Ensuring a tidy, safe work environment while complying with Health & Safety and Environmental regulations.
  • Installing new equipment and upgrading existing machinery to meet our production needs.
  • Training your fellow team members on best practices and safety when using electrical equipment.
  • Managing parts availability and ensuring supplies are always topped up.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Electrical Technician (preferably in a COMAH-related industry, ideally from a chemical manufacturing or food production company)
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working independently and liaising with all departments within the company
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Focused on continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on safety
  • Willingness to perform electrical maintenance and repairs outside of standard working hours
  • Experience working with various voltages (AC and DC)
  • Ability to read electrical diagrams and drawings
  • Full driving license

Where Youll Work:
