A key client of ours are seeking a Project Administratorto join them on a full time permanent basis. For this particular role, they are seeking someone has excellent attention to detail, organised and keen to work within the built environment. You will gain experience working across commercial refurb and fit out schemes, in the North East.
The role:
- Provide assistance and administration to the Project Managers and other senior management.
- Liaising with all staff, clients and consultants
- Help prepare technical documentation
- Liaise with the supply chain
- Assist with marketing and communication
- Assist with any finance related documents
- General administrative duties
Requirements:
- Must have experience working within the built environment
- Must have atleast 3years experience working in an administration role
- Atleast 2 years experience as an ProjectAdmin / Manager is essential
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving license
- Ambitious and driven
- Salary is negotiable dependant on experience
