Description
The Credit Controller will be responsible for:
- Chasing debt via telephone, email, and letter
- Building positive working relationships with customers
- Supporting with the high risk ledger
- Query resolution
- Cash allocation
- Producing aged debt reports
- Ad hoc credit control related project work
Profile
The successful Credit Controller should have:
- A proven track record within a busy credit control position
- Excellent numeracy and financial analysis skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in accounting software
- A professional qualification in finance or related field
