Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a supplier to the construction industry in their search for a an experienced Credit Controller to work from their head office facility in Chester.
For the successful Credit Controller our client is offering:
- £25,000 per annum DOE
- 35 hours a week Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Friday 08:30 – 12:30
- Permanent Role
The role - Credit Controller :
- Processing of cash receipts including forecasting
- Processing of credit notes and manual invoices as required
- Collection of outstanding debt – including more complex construction debtors
- Reporting on outstanding debt
- Maintaining positive working relationships and communication with external and internal customers and other stakeholders
- Posting of finance transactions and maintaining records
- Supportive assistance across the wider finance team and ledgers as required
- Undertaking any other duties which may be requested by the Management Accountant (full training will be provided)
What our client is looking for in a Credit Controller :
- Experience working within credit control / sales ledger / accounts receivable - ESSENTIAL
- Negotiation skills - ESSENTIAL
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of SAGE - DESIREABLE
- MS Excel (Intermediate / Advanced) - ESSENTIAL
