This exciting role offers the chance to gain exposure to a wide range of financial responsibilities, perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, organised, and ready to learn.Your responsibilities as a Finance Officer will include:

Maintaining the general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Preparing monthly reports and analysing variances against budgets.
Managing cash flow forecasting and financial reporting.
Supporting the preparation of annual budgets and financial statements.
Overseeing VAT settlements and liaising with auditors.
Assisting with sales reporting analysis for the UK commercial team.
Collaborating with the accountancy team in Liverpool as needed and visiting our headquarters in Milan annually.

What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a Finance Officer who brings:

A degree or qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail.
Exceptional organisational abilities and a proactive approach.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a passion for learning new systems.
Knowledge of Italian (an advantage but definitely not essential).
