Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, providing strategic insights to senior management.
  • Cash Management: Ensure effective cash flow management and develop strategies for optimal liquidity.
  • Audit & Compliance: Maintain strong internal controls, lead audits, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • External Reporting: Prepare and submit statutory accounts, tax packs, and other regulatory filings accurately and on time.
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Extensive experience in a senior finance role, ideally within the manufacturing
  • Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
