Job Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and analytical finance professional to contribute to key financial activities, including preparing reports, managing budgets, and supporting strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
- Conduct variance analysis to highlight trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Assist with financial planning and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to manage budgets and improve financial performance.
- Support internal and external audits when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
