I am currently supporting an impressive international business based just outside Chester in their recruitment of a temporary Accounts Assistant. Commutable from Chester, Tarporley, Nantwich and Wrexham, you will be based on site ideally 2 days per week to cover holidays working across finance in a general admin support role with an experienced team.
General duties will include:
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- Expenses
- Maintain and reconcile company credit cards
- Reconcile bank statements
Experience:
- A good understanding of double entry bookkeeping and Sage 50 accounts package would be ideal.
Additional:
- Due to the office location you will likely need your own transport.
- Tuesday and Thursday would be preferred but hours and days can be discussed
- Immediate start available
- Contract to run 6-8 weeks
