Are you passionate about travel and ready to embark on an exciting journey with us? Our client is seeking a dedicated Contract Operations Administration Assistant to join their dynamic team!

About the Role:
As a vital part of the Contract Operations team, you'll ensure that hotel bookings, transfers, and ancillary components are accurately and efficiently entered into our reservations system. Your work will enable maximum revenue protection and cost control, making a significant impact across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain accurate internal information following company processes.
  • Read and interpret contracts to load data into the reservation system.
  • Maintain contracted rates, allocations, and special offers.
  • Action stop sales and errata as per departmental standards.
  • Support the Sales team with manual costings and queries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments on system-related inquiries.
  • Provide timely support and solutions to team members.
  • Contribute to team meetings with a positive, proactive attitude.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Dependable and adaptable team player with a positive outlook.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with travel industry booking systems is a plus!
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure.
