Your new companyJoin an esteemed law firm based in Chester city centre, that offers excellent benefits and work environment. The selected candidate will provide office support, covering reception and secretarial duties with the scope to eventually develop into a Legal Secretarial role. Please note this role is permanent and office-based.Your new roleNo two days will be the same in this position. You will be responsible for covering the reception desk, greeting visitors, answering calls and emails and office coordination such as booking meeting rooms. You will provide partners, solicitors and consultants with a high level of support, by demonstrating excellent secretarial service in the production and processing of legal documents and correspondence and audio typing.This position is ideal for someone who wants variety within their role, has an interest in the legal sector and displays excellent communication and personal presentation.What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist/Administration/Secretarial role
  • Exemplary communication skills, verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and the ability to carry out general office tasks
  • Skilled in diary management
  • Skilled in audio typing
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or knowledge of the sector is desirable.
