Our client is seeking an Operations Administrator to join their team in the travel industry. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth running of operations. You'll be responsible for booking hotels, arranging transfers, and ensuring all necessary travel arrangements are in place.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking hotels, transfers, and ancillaries based on client or agent instructions
  • Making amendments to bookings, such as extending stays or modifying reservations
  • Working within systems to ensure accuracy and quality control checks
  • Providing administrative support to the operations team
  • Adhering to strict attention to detail and following instructions promptly
  • Quick learner, able to grasp new concepts and processes efficiently

This is a temporary position starting on 6th January. Our client is conducting interviews at the end of next week, and a 10-minute chat via Teams is required. The initial contract is for a minimum of 3 weeks, with the possibility of extension on a week-by-week basis until the end of February. There may also be potential for the role to become permanent.

Our client offers a hybrid working model, with the flexibility to work both remotely and in the office. However, they encourage employees to be in the office Monday to Thursday. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm.
