Sales Support Administrator

£26k-£28k per annum

Monday - Friday / General Office Hours

Chester

Our client based in the Chester area are looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator on a permanent basis. We are seeking a proactive and attentive individual to join the middle office support team based on the Chester Business Park. The position offers a dynamic and fast-paced working environment within a friendly and experienced team. Full training on processes and systems will be provided, with continuous support from both colleagues and clients.

Performance Objectives

  • Providing sales support for both internal and external sales teams, handling and processing agreements delivered to customers.
  • Coordinating with our internal team, customers, suppliers and funders to gather necessary documentation for processing funding deals.
  • Managing queries from internal and external stakeholders related to ongoing or past agreements.
  • Maintaining and updating internal records accurately.
  • Issuing invoices as required.
  • Compliance awareness ensuring legal and regulatory requirements are adhered to.

Person Specification

  • Strong ability to manage and prioritise daily tasks effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Capable of problem-solving under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word / Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with both customers and suppliers.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
