The temporary Administrator will be supporting a small, friendly team with data entry and administrative tasks. The role is expected to be for around a month and will be working closely with a team member on a data migration project. The successful Administrator will be required to hold a current DBS check and be happy to sign an NDA, due to the confidential nature of the role.

Hours of work - Tuesdays and Thursday, 5 hours each day (flexible as to what hours these are)

Rate of pay - £14 per hour

Duties will include:-

  • Copying and pasting data into an Excel spreadsheet database
  • Checking data for accuracy
  • Drafting/transcribing emails from audio/voice notes and direct transcription
  • Drafting/transcribing reports in Word from audio/voice notes and direct transcription
  • Updating SharePoint lists with information provided by email, verbally or voice notes

Skills and Experience:-

  • Previous administration and data entry experience
  • Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Audio transcription skills
  • IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • SharePoint desirable (including Sharepoint Lists) but not essential
