Quest Global UK is hiring Stress Engineers for their Aerospace and Defence project team in Chester, UK.
Candidates should have experience with A400M wing structures and stress analysis, including knowledge of static methods and fatigue/damage tolerance processes.
The role requires proficiency in using ISAMI static and F&D modules, as well as experience with MSC Nastran and Hypermesh/MSC Patran.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the aerospace sector.
The position offers a competitive salary, and due to project requirements, only UK citizens or passport holders are eligible to apply.

Job Requirements

A400M Stress support for justification of CR MOD's, Experience of Stress and F&DT analysis of A400M wing structures, using classical and our internal Tools, and creation of Justification PSS and Stress Dossiers

Work Experience

Experience of working on A400M Wing structures

Knowledge of Static analysismethods and process

Knowledge of Fatigue andDamage Tolerancemethods and process

Experience usingISAMIstatic and F&DT modules

Working experience of MSCNastranandHypermesh/MSC Patran

Experience creating stress dossiers and PSS (Preliminary stress dossiers)

Low RF Mitigations , Factoring approach, load comparisons etc.
