Salary: 37-42,000 Dependant on experience

I am delighted to be supporting a RIBA Charted and long-standing client of mine in a new appointment of an Architect for their team. The practice are based in Cheshire West and have been established for almost 50 years. Our client provides a wide range of design, technical and related services, including Passivhaus / low energy design, Interior Designer, site supervision and Principal Designer.

As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to work on many sectors, including rural estates, private homes, residential, education, retail, and commercial projects. Microstation is used in practice, however, training will be provided for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years post Part 3 qualification and boast strong design skills.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • ARB registered with several years post Part 3.
  • Excellent design and technical capabilities shown throughout your portfolio.
  • Substantial Residential experience would be essential.
  • Microstation skills would be preferred but not essential, alongside other industry standard software skills.
  • Able to complete work to a high standard within the given time frames.
  • Strong time management and organisation skills.
  • The ability to manage a small team and run jobs across all RIBA stages.
  • Support the Directors and senior team in key decisions.
