About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high-growth business based in Deeside, North Wales. As part of their Accounts Payable team, you will build the function from the ground up, making a real impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Enter and verify supplier invoices using SAP.
- Process employee expenses and handle supplier queries.
- Reconcile supplier statements and request credit notes when necessary.
- Assist with supplier setup verification and perform other duties as needed by the Finance Manager.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience within a similar role desirable
- AAT qualification or working towards essential
- SAP experience desirable
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
