Responsibilities:- Carry out bricklaying and hod carrying tasks according to project specifications- Assist in the preparation of materials and tools required for construction- Mix mortar and ensure proper consistency for bricklaying- Lay bricks and blocks in a precise and efficient manner- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area
Requirements:- Proven experience as a bricklayer or hod carrier- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings- Proficient in using bricklaying tools and equipment- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship- Good communication and teamwork skills
