Zachary Daniels Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our good client in the appointment of a Work Measurement Analyst.Reporting into the WFM Productivity Manager your role will be to support the Workforce Management department to deliver an overall programme of works, whilst achieving your team's mission to accurately measure, model and maintain hours for Retail, and striving towards the vision for Retail to have an increased knowledge of Productivity and Efficiency.About you:

  • Experience of working in the Retail industry is preferred but other sectors considered.
  • Degree level education or proven business experience in relevant area
  • Practical experience of Work Study methodologies
  • A proven background in Productivity, Industrial Engineering or Workforce Management and experience of using Lean methodologies / Six Sigma methodology.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL Data
  • Effective planning, being structured and organised with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Confident communicator with stakeholders at various levels within the business
  • Flexible and able to travel within the UK, as well as overnight stays when necessary
