We are seeking a proactive and organised Facilities/Property Administrator to join a well established brand based in Chester. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting the facilities team, and ensuring smooth operation of the department.

Description

  • Managing and organising all administrative activities to facilitate the smooth running of the facilities department.
  • Coordinating with various teams and departments to ensure operations are running smoothly.
  • Manage the process of FOW - follow on works
  • Working collaboratively with the compliance team to ensure all compliance is met
  • Supporting suppliers and Property Managers
  • Support the regular meetings with contractors and suppliers to review progress and KPI's
  • Organising and maintaining facilities records and documents.
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of facilities projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring timely completion.
  • Supporting the department in daily administrative tasks.
  • Work within the guidelines and maintain GDPR requirements at all times

Profile

A successful Facilities Administrator should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. - intermediate level
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Property maintenance experience - advantage
  • Knowledge of facilities management processes and best practices.
