An excellent opportunity for a Engineering /Technical expert with experience working on residential developments to join an award winning housebuilder in a brand new role for the business where you will have autonomy to make it your own alongside long term progression.

This award winning renowned housebuilder have build a reputation for building Quality Homes in and around the Noth West on England. Despite a tough market this company have thrived and are currently producing around 400 units annually. They have outlined clear growth plans to achieve by 2027 and therefore are looking to streamline their pre development process.

In this role, you will be full time office based in Chester with site vists around the North West tasked with creating comprehensive land assessment packs to support viability evaluations. Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with the land department on prospective acquisitions, coordinating surveyors to meet project timelines, preparing pre-planning applications, and tracking associated fees to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has good residential Engineering knowledge (including drainage, sewage, section 278 agreements) to take on a vital role within a growing housebuilder offering autonomy, variety and long term progression.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Design or Civil Engineering, with hands-on experience in residential projects for a housebuilder, developer, or consultancy. This is a perfect role for somebody looking to take their next step in their career within a fulfilling position with an expanding company with long term progression on offer.
