You will have the ability to build excellent rapport with your Team of 4, lead by example and have the skill to mentor, motivate and influence in a positive way. Ideally you will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience within the industry, an excellent track record in both selling property and generating new business, be self-driven and motivated and have a proven track record of working towards and achieving targets and KPIs. If you have a passion for property and would like the opportunity to be rewarded generously, then this role could be for you.   The skills required for a Sales Branch Manager.
