As the Head of Operations, you will report directly to the CEO, taking on a pivotal role in driving the performance and success of the business's customer acquisition and onboarding processes. This is a full-time, office-based position in Chester, where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the company's operational efficiency.
Description
This Head of Operations role will be a hands on role balancing Customer Experience for a multifaceted business and using large data sets to support business decisions.
Overall you'll find yourself responsible for tasks such as:
- Responsible for the successful landing on new customer acquisitions
- Driving operational excellence across the business by streamlining areas such as customer onboarding processes and identifying efficiencies that enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Analyse current operational procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that deliver measurable impact.
- Manage a team, with structures to be confirmed upon appointment, allowing you to shape and influence the operational framework.
- Indirectly manage relationships between third-party field sales leaders and business customers, ensuring alignment of expectations and achievement of customer acquisition targets.
- Lead the complaints function, taking responsibility for resolving escalations swiftly and efficiently, with a focus on improving the client experience.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational goals with broader business objectives, driving change and executing strategies effectively.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative thinking and proactive problem-solving.
Profile
A successful Head of Operations leader should have:
- Proven experience in a senior operations or leadership role, ideally within a sales-driven, customer-focused environment.
- Experience working in a customer acquisition focused organisation
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for improving processes and driving efficiency.

Job Offer
- An attractive salary range of £54,000 to £60,000 per annum. Average £20,000 annual bonus based on business performance
