Role Description
* Day-to-Day Digital Marketing Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's digital marketing activities, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and aligned with business objectives.
* Content Creation & Social Media Management: Develop and share engaging content across various platforms, managing the company's social media accounts and increasing audience engagement.
* Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for differentiation to stay ahead in the market.
* Website Management: Ensure company websites are optimized, user-friendly, and effective as an online storefront that reflects modern standards and brand messaging.
* Campaign Performance Tracking: Conduct regular reporting and analytics on digital marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness, make adjustments, and maximize ROI.
* Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with the Commercial and Scientific/Technical teams to develop successful creative marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
* Science-Based Storytelling: Collaborate with scientists to develop compelling stories around contract development and manufacturing processes, making technical content accessible and engaging.
* Marketing and Content Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and content calendars to promote the business and build brand recognition.
* Innovative Marketing Methods: Since some case studies and company names can't be shared, you'll need to explore creative marketing methods, utilizing alternative strategies to showcase the company's capabilities and expertise.
* Social Media & SEO: Manage social media engagement, implement SEO best practices, and stay on top of evolving algorithms to ensure content visibility and engagement.
* Strategy Development & Delivery: Lead the creation of digital marketing strategies and ensure successful execution to achieve business goals.

Key Skills
* Proficient with Google Ads, Analytics, WordPress, Marketing Automation software and CRM tools
* Track record of working in a business that develops complex issues into a concept
* Medical, pharmaceutical or Scientific background
* 5+ Marketing experience
