Working for a truly fantastic company who are going from strength to strength, we are recruiting for an experienced Business Development professional to join their sales team on a full-time, permanent basis.

In this role, you'll be working for a company who have real passion, determination, and a product/service which really benefits their clients. They have a fabulous reputation, and this is an exciting role for a consultative seller who wants to enjoy speaking with a wide range of potential clients. It would suit someone who enjoys building rapport, researching their industry, generating own leads as well as following up on enquiries, right the way through to closing and onboarding a new client.

Location: Hybrid working (min 2 days office) near Chester/Wrexham

Salary: Up to £40k basic plus bonus

Benefits: 25 days holiday, pension, private healthcare plus much, much more!

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday

What you'll be doing;

  • Identifying and driving initiatives that will generate new business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Scaling the business by identifying new market opportunities, optimising existing revenue streams and building strong client partnerships
  • Working closely with other internal teams to create data-focused strategies that enhance customer acquisition
  • Following up on incoming enquiries
  • Generating own leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, online networks, researching and prospecting
  • Building an online presence to educate potential clients on your services and products
  • Consultative sales approach with clients really understanding their businesses and selling how you can help with your solutions
  • Maintaining an accurate CRM system with regular touch points for clients
