As Account Handler you will join a growing team on an exciting journey! There is already business to service and plenty in the pipeline. With an intelligent mindset, some strong commercial insurance knowledge across a variety of product lines you will be technically competent and be truly customer focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse book of medium-sized Commercial clients
- Develop great client relationships, understanding their unique insurance needs
- Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, cancellations, and some new business
- Work closely with insurers and underwriters to negotiate competitive terms
- Collaborate with Senior Account Managers on larger accounts where needed
- Provide excellent service to clients whilst ensuring all compliance and documentation requirements are met
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as an Account Handler within insurance
- Proven experience of providing exceptional client services
- Highly organised with a knack for multi-tasking and delivering to deadlines
- Ambitious and motivated to grow in a leading brokerage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
