THE SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST ROLE:

  • Manage incoming sales enquiries - respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales enquiries via phone and email.
  • Client support & service guidance - provide clear, accurate, and engaging information about their services, helping clients understand their options.
  • CRM & database management - maintain, update, and organise the CRM system to ensure accurate record keeping, seamless sales tracking, and efficient customer relationship management.
  • Collaboration with sales team - work closely with the sales team to streamline processes, share insights, and support business growth through effective teamwork and communication.

SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills - strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
  • Tech savvy - comfortable using computers, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
  • CRM experience - familiarity with CRM systems, with the ability to manage, update, and organise customer data efficiently.
  • Proactive, organised and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
