Our ClientHays are working with a well-established Civils contractor to find a highly experienced Civils Site Agent / Project Manager to oversee a section of their project in the Chester area. This role requires extensive construction management experience with a heavy civils background, and is a long term freelance position outside IR35.As Site Agent, you are:
- Maintaining H&S and RAMS on site
- Acting for the Principal Contractor, you are responsible for coordinating and maintaining Subcontractor packages
- Coordination for planning
- Programming works
- Liaising with the Client
- Managing commercial costs
- Operating in a highly restricted and regulated environment
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive heavy civils experience is essential
- Tier 1 or principal contractor experience is essential
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required
- Previous positions at a Project Manager level are essential
- Previous RC Frame experience is essential
- Previous large-scale industrial civil experience is desirable
- UK based experience
