We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager with a strong background in managing large-scale pipework projects. This is a key leadership role on-site, requiring hands-on management of teams, subcontractors, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site mechanical and pipework activitiesCoordinate teams, subcontractors, and project schedulesEnsure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standardsManage materials, deliveries, and site logisticsWork closely with project engineers and management.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing large mechanical/pipework projectsValid CSCS/CCNSG Card and relevant qualificationsStrong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skillsAbility to drive productivity while maintaining quality and safety

Hours of Work:

Monday - Friday | 07:00 - 17:00 (1-hour lunch)
45 hours per week, increasing to 60 hours as the project progresses
Overtime available:
- Saturday:x1.3
- Sunday:x1.5

Payment Details:

£45 per hour (or £34.33 PAYE)
Payment options: CIS, Ltd, or Umbrella
Ltd Contractors must have full insurance in place
