The Role

Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, the Health & Safety Advisor will be responsible for implementing and maintaining best practices across multiple sites. This role offers a mix of home working and site visits, providing both flexibility and variety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and implement health & safety initiatives across various sites.
  • Conduct site inspections
  • Identify and manage SHE risks, issues, and opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with SHE legislation, best practices, and industry developments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction health & safety role.
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and industry standards.
  • Engaging, proactive, and committed to SHE excellence.
  • Full UK driver’s license and willingness to travel (travel is required but not excessive).
