Contracts Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced leader to take charge of a critical commercial project. You'll be based on-site working to:

• Manage 2-3 site management reports, supporting them to achieve KPIs.
• Build strong connections with customers, sub-contractors, suppliers, and team members.
• Guide and educate sub-contractors to maintain and exceed high-quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with the commercial team to secure new business and meet customer requirements.
• Create and manage construction programs and detailed Construction Phase Plans.
• Oversee PQQ processes, legislation adherence, and specialist guidance.
• Work closely with site teams to allocate resources and solve complex issues.

Essential Requirements:

• 5+ years of management experience in commercial construction.
• Proven leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• SMSTS certification and a track record of managing contracts and producing detailed project plans.

Highly Desirable:

• CIOB chartered member or NEBOSH qualification.
• Experience in highly regulated industries.
• Proficiency in construction planning software like Asta Power Project.
• A degree in a construction-related discipline.
