We're working a well-established multi-service law firm who are looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to support the Corporate Property team. Based in their office in Chester, you’ll be supporting solicitors and fee earners with a range of commercial property matters. This role is perfect for a candidate who is looking to continue their career in commercial property law.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting management of a range of commercial property cases
- Provide exceptional client care and manage client relationships
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
- Support solicitors and fee earners with their duties
- Provide general administrative support to the team

- Strong attention to detail
- Some relevant experience with commercial property
- Ability to be organised & take initiative
