Residential Conveyancer Chester £35,000-£50,000The FirmJoin a multi- award winning legal 500 law firm in their conveyancing department. With several offices across the region, you'd be joining an established and successful law firm that continues to grow and invests heavily in their staff. With the work coming in through referrals and returning clients, the team need an additional member of staff to ensure the client care remains incredibly high.  The RoleYou will be responsible for running a caseload circa 80 files across FH/LH, Sales ad Purchase, Transfer of Equity, Remortgage etc. New build and / or Shared Ownership experience is desirable but far from necessary to be considered for this position. Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a conveyancing fee earner. 
  • Experience running FH/LH, Sales and Purchase files. New build & Shared Ownership experience is ideal but not essential. 
  • Have a solid understanding of the conveyancing process
  • Dedicated to performing the best service possible for your clients.
