Responsibilities:
- To manage the full recruitment process for all live vacancies for the organisation.Â
- To screen candidates, assessing suitability for roles and arranging interviews for internal colleagues.Â
- To manage the internal recruitment ATS system ensuring accuracy of data.Â
- To promote the business and it's vacancies on social media platforms to generate organic interest from potential candidates.
- To promote and enhance the organisations reputation as an employer.
- To ensure new hires are onboarded correctly capturing all information required for recruitment compliance purposes.
- To ensure the onboarding process is smooth and efficient for new hires.Â
- To capture any feedback from new hires on the recruitment process to assist in enhancing future recruitment efforts.
Skills:Â
- Previous in house or agency recruitment experience is required with a minimum of 2 years of experience being desirable.Â
- Excellent understanding of the recruitment process in it's entirety.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders of varying seniority.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a busy task load.
- Previous experience utilising an ATS system is desirable.
- High levels of resilience.
