Legal Administrator Chester Permanent Opportunity!
Forrest Recruitment Ltd, are looking for a Legal Administrator, to join our client who are a leading, well established law firm based in Cheshire. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the legal field and develop valuable skills in Conveyancing.
Key duties will include:
Dealing with clients face to face, over the telephone and email correspondence
Responsible for obtaining documentation, ID and mortgage offers
Prepare completion packs for the accounts department on the day of completion, including completion statements and invoices
Deal with post exchange matters as directs by the team
General administration support to the team
Skills required:
Legal administrative / secretarial experience
Strong administrative skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written)
Highly organised
