Customer Service Advisor - Payroll Services

Location: Chester City Centre Hybrid (3 Days Remote, 2 Days in Office - Mondays & Thursdays)

Pay: £12.05ph

Hours: Rotating shifts of:

  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

My client is experiencing a period of growth and is therefor looking for a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their Payroll Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle Contractor Queries: Manage incoming calls from contractors who are already registered and require payroll services again.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide high-quality customer support, answering general queries including tax-related questions (full training provided).
  • Outbound Engagement: Actively dial out to contractors, making productive calls to chase registration forms and assist them with payroll services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete essential admin work, such as sending out contractor payslips and managing contractor data.
  • Multi-Tasking in a Busy Environment: Expect 60-80 calls on busy days, with a focus on admin tasks during quieter periods.
