Position Overview:

Join our Customer Service team! This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, focusing on delivering high-quality customer service to our contractors. Main Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound queries from customers across multiple campaigns, including phone, email, and live chat
  • Make outbound calls to customers to assist them with their queries
  • Strive to achieve first point of contact resolution where possible
  • Handle various administrative tasks assigned by your line manager
  • Work within set KPIs

Skills, knowledge and experience required

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • A positive, empathetic, and patient approach to working and thinking
  • A true team player
  • Articulate, with a clear understanding of the English language at a professional level
  • Ability to build inter-departmental relationships
