Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries promptly and effectively through various channels, including telephone, email, and web chat.
  • Provide resolutions to customer issues while maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Tailor communication to different audiences, ensuring clear and concise messages.
  • Conduct research when needed to understand the background of customer queries and respond appropriately.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Establish rapport with customers, building trust and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Engage with customers to collect late payments and enforce payment terms.

Minimum Skills / Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience, including handling account processing queries, settlements/refunds, customer complaints, web chats, and troubleshooting (e.g., assisting customers with online banking access).
  • Telephony experience.

Desirable Skills / Experience:

  • Knowledge of regulatory policies within the financial services sector.
  • Previous experience in a financial services environment.
  • Agricultural experience.
