Our client based on Chester Business Park are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join the team on a part time, temporary basis (with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance and business needs)
Hours: Monday to Friday (4 hours per day)
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Communication: Respond to incoming customer emails promptly, effectively, and courteously, addressing all queries regarding our recycling service.
- Problem-Solving: Provide solutions to service-related concerns and escalate issues as required.
- Data Gathering & Analysis: Monitor and track trends in customer queries, compiling reports to inform the team and contribute to service improvements.
- Knowledge Management: Stay informed about updates to our services, brands, and recycling methods to provide accurate information to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share insights and feedback for improving the customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written English, with strong attention to detail and grammar.
- Organisation & Efficiency: Ability to manage and prioritise multiple queries efficiently.
- Tech Proficiency: Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM tools is an advantage, though full training will be provided.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to improving service delivery.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt as we introduce new services and brands.
